Based in Preston in the North-West, Providence Gate Group Holdings Limited ("PGGH") is a company that takes pride in the delivery of bespoke, high quality commercial, mixed use and residential developments across the UK.

Created in 2020 to progress a number of upcoming projects, which have been secured and enhanced during the last two years, PGGH now have ongoing developments with a combined GDV of £75m and a short term project pipeline of an additional £300m.


The Board of Directors have a combined 90+ years of experience in the construction industry along with significant experience in the financial and risk management sectors. This blend of skill sets allows the Group to develop and add value to projects at an early stage and mitigate underlying risk thereby creating low risk, deliverable packaged transactions.

The critical factors in any development are the creation of genuine value and the identification and mitigation of underlying risk.

PGGH seeks to secure projects that have the capacity to be enhanced from an early stage thereby creating value from the outset of a scheme. This is achieved through a combination of sector positioning, improved design, a controlled build process and targeted substantiated exits.

Under this approach we seek to optimise and substantiate a project's exit value, and approach the delivery of the build with a clear understanding of the inherent associated risks and how these are to be dealt with and mitigated.

We believe that the approach to the construction process must deal with the critical issues of quality, time and cost effective delivery. The successful management of these three factors is paramount to the successful delivery of any project and to this end our approach is focused along a Construction Management route which allows us to influence and adequately mitigate the risks associated with these areas. 

Another key element in the Group's structure is our in house design capability, which provides us with greater cost and time efficiencies, along with significant adaptability.








Our vision is to deliver high quality cost effective developments across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK with a strong emphasis on aesthetics and design.

In order to achieve this vision our aim is to develop an integrated Group with a controlled self-delivery structure which is based on a Construction Management model with specialist subcontract services complemented by a strong in-house delivery resource.
