The £34m hotel and apartment development, which is located within a stone's throw of the world-renowned beaches of the Llyn Peninsula, will comprise a 42 bedroom hotel with spa over three floors and the top two floors of the building will accommodate luxury apartments.
The two and three bedroom apartments will have private balconies providing outstanding views of the sea and surrounding countryside and also access to the hotel facilities including a gym, spa, restaurant and bars. The apartments offer a home from home experience alongside a 24 hour concierge service.
The hotel will be operated by Bespoke Hotels and is intended to provide a "barefoot luxury" experience for guests. Bespoke Hotels has grown to represent over 120 properties worldwide and stands as the UK's largest Independent Hotel Group managing over 5,000 hotel rooms, 6,000 employees, and £525m of assets.
Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2023 with the hotel anticipated to open in July 2024.

The Argyll will be a PGA Golf Resort located in Connel, Oban on the beautiful West Coast of Scotland.
Set across a 400 acre site the Resort will comprise of an 18 hole championship golf course, a luxury 5 star country club hotel and spa with 160 apartments and 100 villas located around the course to benefit from the outstanding picturesque views this stunning location offers.
The intention is to design The Argyll Resort to be fully carbon neutral and to be supplied by fully renewable sourced energy. In addition, a zero footprint policy with autonomous electric vehicles will be incorporated into the design to service the resort guests.
