HOTEL   SPA   APARTMENTS

The £34m hotel and apartment development, which is located within a stone's throw of the world-renowned beaches of the Llyn Peninsula, will comprise a 42 bedroom hotel with spa over three floors and the top two floors of the building will accommodate luxury apartments.

 

The two and three bedroom apartments will have private balconies providing outstanding views of the sea and surrounding countryside and also access to the hotel facilities including a gym, spa, restaurant and bars. The apartments offer a home from home experience alongside a 24 hour concierge service.

The hotel will be operated by Bespoke Hotels and is intended to provide a "barefoot luxury" experience for guests. Bespoke Hotels has grown to represent over 120 properties worldwide and stands as the UK's largest Independent Hotel Group managing over 5,000 hotel rooms, 6,000 employees, and £525m of assets.

​

Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2023 with the hotel anticipated to open in May 2025.

Titan Business Park is a high quality, modern commercial and industrial £35m development set over 13 acres built on the former British Leyland Test Track in Leyland, Lancashire.

Planning has been obtained for circa 184,000 sq ft with units ranging from 700 sq ft up to 5,000 sq ft and includes a PFS and a drive through restaurant facility.

​

The development has attracted very strong interest from both potential buyers for the units and businesses wanting to lease.

The site has been fully remediated and construction is set to commence in Spring 2024 with the first units anticipated to be available in Q4 of 2024.
