The design of the property comes from the desire to compliment its setting. Integrating new sustainable building technologies where possible and to create a unique home of outstanding quality.

Projects

Providene Gate Fulwood Preston 

 

A luxury development of 6 dwellnigs set in the periphery of the city of Preston. The site iis located off the M6 motorway and set in woodland. 

 

The dwelling are superior executive homes comprising 6 bedrooms each with an overall total project built up area of 20000 sqft.

 

Special attention has been made on the contemporary and modern design. Glass curtain walling to the fornt and infra red under floor heating and high level technology has in implemented    
 

Providence Plaza All Saints Leicester

 

Providence Plaza is a development set in the heart of Leicester's urban regeneration program. It is located directly opposite the High Cross Shopping Mall which has over 7 million visitors annually. 

The project has a 80,000 sqft built up area over 7 floors and a total of 83 apartments, a gym and residents areas. the property will also include commercial areas mainly coffee shops and restaurants. 

The building will use the latest in building material technology and find the most suited methods and implementations to provide a highly energy efficent building  
 

Providence Village

 

Part of Chesterfield major waterside regeneration program, Providence Village a large scale development with over 300 apartments across 200,000 sq ft to include offices, commerical and retail. 

 

The site is located opposite the min train station which will be a stop on the HS2 rail link coming 2035. 

 

The area is centrally located as a commuter town to Sheffiled, Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham and Leicester. it will be only 45 minutes from London once the HS2 is operational.
